Do I need to bring my own car seat?
No. We provide approved car seats for every child from newborn to 12 years, at no extra cost. Just tell us their ages and weights when you book.
Is it legal to travel with a baby in a taxi in France without a car seat?
Rules differ between taxis and private hire vehicles, but whatever the law allows, a properly fitted car seat is the safest way for a child to travel. With Baby-Cabs, every child always has one.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time. Waiting time is included in your fixed price.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup.
