4. Children's data
We ask for the ages and weights of children solely to fit the correct approved car seat. This information is used for that journey and deleted [X months] afterwards. We do not use it for marketing, do not share it beyond the driver assigned to your booking, and never ask for more detail about a child than the seat requires.

5. Who we share it with
Your name, pick-up details and children's seat requirements are shared with the driver assigned to your booking. We also use: [prestataire de paiement] for payments, [hébergeur du site] for hosting, [outil de réservation] for booking management, and [service d'emailing] if you subscribe to our emails. Where a partner driver company carries out your transfer, we pass on only what is needed to complete it. We do not sell your data to anyone.

8. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time through [lien vers le gestionnaire de cookies]. Refusing analytics cookies does not prevent you from booking.

9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to taxisbaby@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

10. Security
We limit access to booking data to the people who need it to run the journey, and require our providers to apply equivalent protections.
